Single Crystal Diamond Microchannel Liquid Cooling Heat Sink
is fabricated from high-thermal-conductivity single crystal diamond using integrated laser etching / deep reactive ion etching (DRIE). Featuring a monolithic structure without bonding, diffusion welding, or composite interlayers, it integrates native, one-piece microfluidic channels.
Combining the ultra-high intrinsic thermal conductivity of single crystal diamond with a microchannel forced liquid-cooling heat exchange structure, it specifically addresses the bottleneck where air cooling fails for ultra-high heat-flux chips (above 1000 W/cm²). It represents the optimal solution for high-performance liquid cooling in military radar, laser sources, computing chips, and microwave T/R modules.
Single-sided or double-sided grooving is available upon request, and subsequent full-surface copper or gold metallization is supported.
