1. Thermal Control & Heat Dissipation for High-Power Satellite Devices (Core Application)

Devices aboard satellites such as power amplifiers, T/R components, laser communication modules and on-board power supplies carry extremely high heat flux density, while radiative cooling is the sole heat dissipation method available in space.

Diamond materials enable rapid temperature equalization and boost radiative efficiency, significantly lowering junction temperatures of devices. They act as the key thermal management material for space-borne high-power systems.

2. Space-borne RF & Microwave Devices

Leveraging diamond’s advantages of low dielectric loss, high breakdown field strength and ultra-high thermal conductivity, it is applied in:

GaN-on-Diamond RF devices for space-borne radar and communication phased arrays

High-power microwave windows, transmission lines and dielectric substrates for filters
