Fabricated using ultra-low-nitrogen, high-purity single crystal diamond deposition technology, the product is manufactured through precise crystallographic orientation cutting, double-sided ultra-high-precision optical polishing, and customized end-face anti-reflection coating, representing a new generation of ultra-high-power solid-state Raman laser gain crystals.
Compared with conventional Raman crystals such as traditional KGW and Ba(NO₃)₂, diamond combines an ultra-large Raman shift, extremely high Raman gain, world-class thermal conductivity, and ultra-low thermal distortion. This fundamentally resolves critical industry pain points of conventional Raman crystals under high-power operation, including severe thermal lensing effects, limited output power, easy crystal ablation, and inability to operate continuously for extended periods.
It is specially designed for high-power continuous-wave / pulsed Raman lasers, eye-safe band laser sources, ultrafast laser frequency conversion, radar ranging lasers, infrared and mid-infrared laser conversion, and high-repetition-rate pulsed laser systems. It enables high-efficiency wavelength conversion from 1064 nm to 1240 nm in the eye-safe band and supports stable long-term output of kilowatt-level high-power lasers, making it the top-tier gain medium in the field of high-power Raman lasers.
