NV-center Quantum-Grade Diamond

CVD single-crystal diamond quantum crystals (NV-center quantum-grade diamond) are ultra-high-purity functional single-crystal diamond substrates dedicated to quantum technologies. Stable and uniform nitrogen-vacancy (NV Center) quantum defect sites are fabricated via precisely controllable MPCVD growth processes followed by ion implantation and annealing treatments.
Unlike conventional optical-grade and mechanical-grade diamond, quantum-grade diamond enables stable electron spin manipulation, long coherence time, single-photon emission and ultra-high-sensitivity field detection under ambient room-temperature atmospheric conditions. It serves as the core substrate material for solid-state quantum computing, quantum sensing, single-photon light sources and precision magnetic field measurement.
The product line is divided into three specifications: Quantum Standard Grade, High-Concentration NV Comprehensive Grade and Ultra-Low-Impurity Electronic Grade. It thoroughly addresses the pain points of traditional quantum materials, including reliance on ultra-low temperature, short coherence time, high noise, poor stability and incapability of room-temperature operation.
